Can I cancel a standard online order?
For many standard goods bought at a distance, consumers can cancel within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. Contact us before arranging a return so we can confirm the correct process for a large garden building and any return arrangements that apply.
What about bespoke or made-to-order buildings?
Different cancellation rules can apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised for you. If a building is bespoke, altered, manufactured to order or has custom options, contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel it.
What if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described?
Please contact us promptly with your order reference and details of the problem. Photographs are often useful for delivery damage or missing components. Your legal rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not restricted by this page.
Who pays for a return?
Garden buildings are bulky and usually cannot be returned by ordinary post. Return or collection arrangements depend on why the goods are being returned and the rights that apply. We will explain any direct return or collection cost before a permitted change-of-mind return is arranged.
When will a refund be made?
Where a refund is due, it will be processed in accordance with the applicable legal requirements once the relevant return, collection or evidence has been dealt with. We will confirm the refund method and timing with you.
Can I change my delivery address or order?
Contact us as quickly as possible on 020 3795 0222 or help@ilikestores.com. Changes are easiest before goods are dispatched, manufactured or booked for installation. We will tell you if a requested change affects price, delivery or availability before proceeding.
Do you take card payment on this website?
No. The website records your order details, but no card details are collected here. We confirm the order, delivery and selected options first, then arrange secure payment with you.
